Jen Miles

Jen Miles joined the MCM Team in October 2024 as their part-time Office Manager. Jen has over 20 years experience in administration and most areas of business support, including Human Resources, Business Operations, Marketing and Finance.

Jen provides business support throughout the organisation and has implemented a new HR platform to improve areas such as onboarding, training and time off requests.
