I have over 20 years of experience in the nuclear industry, specifically radioactive waste management and disposal. As Managing Director of MCM Environmental Services Ltd, a leading consultancy firm that provides technical and strategic advice on a wide range of nuclear projects in the UK and internationally, I am committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for my clients and stakeholders.

At MCM, I oversee the operations, business development, and quality assurance of the firm, as well as lead and manage a team of highly skilled consultants. I have successfully delivered multiple projects for various clients, such as the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, the Environment Agency, the International Atomic Energy Agency, and the European Commission. MCM's work includes a range of projects to develop radioactive waste disposal concepts and safety cases, conduct feasibility studies and optioneering analyses, and provide regulatory and policy support.
