Dr Alastair Clark joins MCM

Alastair Clark joined the MCM team based in the UK office. He studied at the University of Manchester obtaining his PhD in low level radioactive waste repository waste-form post-closure evolution and performance. Alastair joined after 8 years at the UK’s Nuclear Decommissioning Authority where he was part of the engineering team tasked with the design and implementation of a UK geological disposal facility (GDF). Areas of competency also include GDF site identification and assessment, nuclear safeguards/security and nuclear engineering design processes.
